SUBLETTE COUNTY MAINTENANCE SHOP
The Sublette County Road & Bridge Maintenance Shop is a 38,359sf one-story, steel moment frame building with metal siding and a standing seam metal roof. The building includes 6,500sf of office space and 28,000sf of heated storage for heavy equipment, vehicle maintenance/service bays and incidental program.

SAND DRAW AMBULANCE BARN
The Sand Draw Ambulance Barn is a 4,600 square foot building of wood frame construction with vehicle bays, office and sleeping quarters. This building was financed as a joint effort between Sublette County, Rural Heathcare District, EMS, the Sheriff's department, B.P. America Inc., EnCana (U.S.A.) Inc., Shell Rocky Mountain Division and Ultra Petroleum.

SOUTHWEST SUBLETTE COUNTY PIONEER'S CENTER
A 19,024sf steel frame building with partial basement. Single story with program including a 3,000sf commercial kitchen, dining area for 350, conference rooms, offices, and a five bay garage for vans and buses. Stone veneer, cement-board, and metal siding with a standing seam metal roof. Project includes a 26kwatt solar array, elevator, diesel generator for full building back-up, and stained concrete faux timber entryways. Forced air HVAC with limited in-floor radiant heat, and fire suppression system throughout. Outfitted with roof mounted solar panels. Roof monitor allows natural daylighting into the Seniors' Dining area.

BIG PINEY-MARBLETON FBO HANGAR
The Big Piney - Marbleton FBO Hangar is a 22,100sf steel building moment frame. It houses 3,640sf of office space and a single bay hangar designed to house aircraft as large as the Gulf Stream G-550.

SUBLETTE COUNTY VISITOR'S CENTER
The Sublette County Visitor's Center is a two story 3,330sf building of wood frame and true log mixed construction. The public reception and display area is an open floor plan with a vaulted, and exposed timbered ceiling. The combination of the pot belly stove, the wood plank flooring and log walls gives the Center a warm cozy cabin appeal. The private space contains several offices.

The Marbleton - Big Piney Ambulance Barn is a 6,664 square foot building of wood frame construction with vehicle bays, office, and independent sleeping rooms.

MARBLETON - BIG PINEY RECREATION CENTER
The proposed Marbleton - Big Piney Recreation Center is a two story, 64,810sf steel moment and steel framed building with a stone wainscot and manufactured log work exterior.The center will house three gyms, a racquetball court, climbing wall, workout room, running track, training room, bowling alley, theater, offices, locker rooms and storage space.
