S.RESIDENCE & BARN

This residence is a 14,000sf home constructed with 16" diameter custom logs.  The home includes two floors with steel infrastructure and a finished basement.  Local river rock was used for wainscot and fireplaces.  The home has a log exterior, cedar shake roof, custom doors and metal clad windows.  The program includes Great Room, Home Theater, Gym, Mater Bedroom Suite, Guest Apartment and a six car garage.  The home has custom cabinetry, granite counters/showers, travertine floors, in-floor heat system and has fully automated electrical/communications/ security /audio-visual controls.  The log package and exterior design was provided by Pioneer Log Homes of Montana.

M. BARN & MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING

The Barn is a 6,214sf timber frame and 16" diameter log building with stone veneer and log exterior.  The two story building houses stables, a fly tying room, and a shop on the ground floor. 

 The caretaker's quarters and game room are located on the 2nd floor.

B. RESIDENCE

This two-story, 4,500sf residence was constructed with 12" diameter milled logs, metal roofing and a stone veneer and log exterior.  The interior includes custom cabinetry, rock fireplaces, silestone counters, a custom entertainment center and a security package.  The log package and exterior design was provided by Precision Craft out of Montana.

SUBLETTE COUNTY VISITOR'S CENTER

The Sublette County Visitor's Center is a two story 3,330sf building of wood frame and true log mixed construction.  The public reception area is an open floor plan with a vaulted and exposed timber ceiling.  The combination of the pot belly stove, the wood plank flooring and log walls gives the Center a warm cozy cabin appeal.  The private space contains several offices.
